Coos Bay Police Log

Burglary
A burglary alarm early Tuesday morning, Sept. 18, 2:06 a.m., at the Alternative Youth Academy on the 500 block of So. Main St., resulted in an arrest.  According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log, 25-year old Joseph Cole was charged with Burglary II, Criminal Mischief II, Theft III and PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a School.

Wanted
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Sept. 17, 12:45 p.m., So. Empire Blvd. & Newmark, "Attempt to locate wanted subject."  Thirty-year old William Postlethwait arrested on Jackson Co. warrant for Failure to Appear on original charge of Resisting Arrest.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Loud music
A complaint about "loud music," Sunday, Sept. 16, 10:15 p.m., 1100 block Anderson Ave., led to an arrest.  According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log, 44-year old Martin Solinger was charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Intoxicated
A report of "intoxicated subjects" on the Coos Bay Boardwalk Sunday, Sept. 16, 6:53 p.m., resulted in an arrest.  According to an entry on the police log, 23-year old Jay Wilson was charged with Interfering with Police Officer.

VRO
A report of "dog bite victim in the ER," led to an arrest Sunday, Sept. 16, in Coos Bay.  According to an entry on the police log for 12:97 p.m., Crocker & Margreeta, 49-year old Gene Garcia arrested on a charge of Violation of Restraining Order following a complaint by a 42-year old female.

Shoplift
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, Sept. 14, 1:07 a.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, "Shoplift."  Twenty-six year old Timothy J. Webb arrested on charge of Theft II and Attempt to Elude on Foot.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Wanted
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, Sept. 14, 1:07 a.m., "Medford PD located wanted subject."  Twenty-nine year old Scott Anthony Patterson arrested on CBPD warrant for Probation Violation on original charge of Felony Possession Meth.

Narcotics investigation
A report of "vehicle racing up the alleyway," at 11th & Central in Coos Bay Thursday night, Sept. 13, 10:54 p.m., led to an arrest on narcotics charges.  According to an entry on the police log, 55-year old Raymond Douglas Blodgett was charged with MCS, DCS, PCS Schedule I Meth, two-counts of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Felon in Possession of a Restricted Weapon.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, Sept. 14, 11:46 p.m., 1400 block Juniper, "dispute," 18-year old Scott Lee Smith arrested on MacLaren warrant for Assault - Conspiracy to Assault.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Wanted
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, Sept. 14, 8:25 p.m., 1900 block No. 7th St., "location of wanted subject," 23-year old Christopher James Page arrested on CCSO warrant for Failure to Appear on original charge of Contempt of Court.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

DUII
Medical was summoned to a reported motor vehicle accident at Hillside Court and Hemlock in Coos Bay Friday, Sept. 14.  According to an entry on the police log for 2:38 p.m., the vehicle overturned.  Sixty-seven year old Marilyn Smith was charged with DUII.

Concealed Weapon
A 32-year old male was arrested early Sunday morning, Sept. 16, Ocean Blvd. & Radar Road.  According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for 1:44 a.m., Jason Shumate was charged with Carry Concealed Weapon and cited for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana.

DUII
According to an entry on the Coquille Police log for Saturday, Sept. 15, 9:25 p.m., 20-year old Aaron M. James charged with DUII and released from CBPD.

Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 15, 8:04 p.m., 149 S. 7th St., McKay's, 46-year old Forest Franklin Martin charged with Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Shoplifters
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 15, 7:05 p.m., 149 S. 7th, McKay's, "shoplifters in custody."  Twenty-eight year old Sarah McNamara charged with Criminal Trespass I, Theft III, Probation Violation Detainer and CBPD warrant for Probation Violation on original charge of Possession Meth.  She was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  Thirty-four year old Diona M. Donald was charged with Theft III.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 15, 3:52 p.m., Boardwalk, 46-year old Steven Bowen arrested on a Probation Violation charge.

Intoxicated
A report of "intoxicated subjects breaking items & refusing to leave," led to an arrest Wednesday night, Sept. 12, 8:03 p.m., at the Terrace Motel, 1109 S. 1st St., Coos Bay.  According to an entry on the police log, 47-year old George Ivanoff was charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Dispute
A report of a "dispute," Tuesday, Sept. 11, 8:48 p.m., Hwy. 101 & Evans Blvd. in Coos Bay, resulted in an arrest.  According to a police report, 39-year old Brenda Patel was charged with Assault IV and Disorderly Conduct.  she was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

VRO
According to a report on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 11, 8:44 p.m., 872 So. Broadway, Blue Moon, "violation of restraining order."  Forty-six year old Michael Gideon charged with VRO and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 11, 7:16 p.m., 1900 block Lawnridge Loop, 45-year old Andrew Davenport arrested on Probation Violation charge.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the Coquille Tribal Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 11, 7:32 a.m., 2600 block Mexeye, 28-year old Aaron Heyer arrested on Probation Violation charge.

DUII
A report of a fight on the 2600 block of Ocean Blvd., Tuesday, Sept. 11, 3:10 a.m., led to a DUII arrest.  According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log, 24-year old Jordan Glenn arrested for DUII and cited for No Operator's License, Driving Uninsured and PCS Less than an Oz.Marijuana.

Wanted
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Sept. 10, 7:16 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, "located wanted subject."  Twenty year old Clifton Walker arrested for Probation Violation, PCS I and Escape.   Also on a CQPD Probable Cause for PCS I.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 10, 12:16 a.m., Roseburg, Douglas Co. Sheriff's Office served CBPD warrant on 55-year old Kay Waldrop for Failure to Appear on Felon in Possession of a Firearm charge.  Lodged at the Douglas Co. Jail.

Warrant
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Sept. 9, 6:11 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, 43-year old Henry Stinstrom arrested on Lane Co. warrant for Probation Violation involving Possession of Amphetamine.

UEMVs
Entries on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Sept. 9, involving Unauthorized Entry Motor Vehicles.  Three of the reports came from the student housing at SWOCC.  At 10:13 a.m., 262 Student Way, "vehicle entered and items taken and items left at scene."  At 11:22 a.m., Pacific & Marple, a UEMV was reported, followed by a connected fight on the 400 block of So. Wall St.  At 4:43 p.m., 345 Student Way, "Unlawful entry into a motor vehicle."  At 9:10 p.m., 405 Student Way, "UEMV."

Shoplifter
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Thursday, Sept. 6, 5 p.m., 2051 Newmark, Walmart, "result of shoplifter," 24-year old Victoria Hill arrested on charges of Robbery III, Theft II, Criminal Trespass I, Assault IV and Harassment.  She was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Shoplifter
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, Sept. 7, 10:59 a.m., 149 So. 7th St., McKay's, "shoplifter."  Twenty-four year old Peter Sizemore charged with Theft III and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Traffic stop
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Sept. 9, Bayshore & Birch, "result of traffic stop," 24-year old Jimmy L. Enlow arrested on OSP warrant for Failure to Appear on original charge of Possession of Meth.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  

Traffic stop
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 8, 4:28 p.m., Golden & Broadway, "result of traffic stop," 41-year old Mark Nollen charged with Unlawful Possession of Meth and cited for DWS, Driving Uninsured and Failure to Wear Seatbelt.

Railroad Museum
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 8, 10:42 a.m., 700 block So. 1st. St., 78-year old female reported "railroad museum broken into last night and merchandise taken."

Traffic stop
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Saturday, Sept. 8, 8:30 a.m., 900 block Maryland Ave., "rsult of traffic stop," 30-year old Amanda Artman arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass II, PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana within 1,000 feet of a School, and cited for DWS Violation and Unsignaled Turn.

Shoplifter
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 5, 5:41 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, 21-year old Logan Rauschert arrested for Theft II, also charged with Probation Violation, Carry a Concealed Weapon and two-counts of Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 5, 10:06 a.m., 36-year old Timothy Decker charged with Probation Violation at 500 Central Ave.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

UEMVs
Entries on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 5, involving Unauthorized Entry Motor Vehicle.  At 9:35 a.m., 1000 block Anderson Ave., 36-year old female reported "vehicle was unlawfully entered during the night."  At 12:24 p.m., Marple & Empire Blvd., "vehicle was unlawfully entered sometime during the night."  At 4:15 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 6, 300 block Harbor View, 67-year old female reported "interrupted attempt to enter her vehicle."

Violation
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 4, 3:39 p.m., Hwy. 101 & Colinia Lane, "possible violation of Court Order."  Thirty-year old Brian Donaldson taken into custody on charge of Violation of a No Contact Order.

Warrant
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 4, 1:46 a.m., top of Eastside City shops, "out with subject/vehicle at location."  Thirty-eight year old Jason Pichette arrested on CBPD warrant for Criminal Mistreatment I, Aggravated Theft II, Identity Theft & Forgery I, also NBPD warrant for Unlawful Possession of Meth & Resisting Arrest.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Cab driver assault
A report of a "cab driver being assaulted," Monday night, Sept. 3, 10:55 p.m., 600 block No. Bayshore Dr., resulted in an arrest.  According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log, the victim was identified as a 48-year old male.  Thirty-two year old Jonathan Trisdale was arrested on a charge of Harassment and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

VRO
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Sept. 3, 7:48 p.m., 1600 block No. 17th St., "believes he saw subject at mother's, check for RO."  Forty-nine year old Michael Tidwell arrested on a charge of Restraining Order Violation, cited for DWS Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

DWS
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Sept. 3, 7:12 p.m., Commercial and No. 6th, "from traffic stop," 49-year old Gene Garcia arrested on charge of DWS Misdemeanor and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Monday, Sept. 3, 1:50 p.m., 100 block So. Empire Blvd., "out with two," 44-year old Robert Mayea arrested on CBPD warrant for Failure to Appear on Theft II charge.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Sunday, Sept. 2, 4:11 p.m., So. Broadway & Hall, 35-year old Jason Charles Marlin arrested on Probation Violation and Possession of Meth charges.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Probation Violation
A report of a "fight in progress" on the 1000 block of So. 2nd St. in Coos Bay Thursday, August 30, led to an arrest.  According to an entry on the police log for 2:38 p.m., 41-year old Oscar Freedle arrested on charge of Probation Violation.

Counterfeit
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Thursday, August 30, 11:54 a.m., Penny Road, 53-year old male gave a counterfeit $10 bill to police.  Another entry from the 1900 block of Woodland Dr. in North Bend at 11:21 a.m., "subject presented counterfeit $10 bill."

Warrant
A traffic stop in Coos Bay Friday, August 31 led to two arrests and two citations.  According to an entry on the police log for 5:02 p.m., 1100 block So. 10th St., 20-year old Taylor Killinger was arrested on a CBPD warrant for Unlawful Possession Meth & Giving False Info to Police Officer for a warrant arrest.  Twenty-two year Devin Wilson was charged with Probation Violation.  Police also cited Joshua Beard and Braxton Busch for DWS Violation and Driving Uninsured.

Disorderly Conduct
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, August 31, 2:46 p.m., 1900 block Nemmark Ave., 42-year old Stephen Allen Frack arrested for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Counterfeit
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Friday, August 31, 700 So. Broadway, an employee at Umpqua Bank reported counterfeit money.



Adult tricycle
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, August 29, 1020 So. 1st., "theft of an adult tricycle."  Fifty-three year old Donald Johnson arrested on two-counts of Theft II.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

UEMVs
Coos Bay Police received nine reports of vehicles broken into Wednesday morning, August 29, in the Seagate, Sanford and Fenwick neighborhoods.  According to entries on the police log, 7:56 a.m., 41-year old female reported "vehicle entered and items taken on the 1200 block Fenwick St.  At 8:49 a.m., 900 block Sanford, 36-year old female reported "theft from a vehicle and from her backyard."  At 8:55 a.m., 33-year old female reported "vehicle entered."  At 9:12 a.m., 1400 block Seagate, 76-year old female reported "theft from vehicle."  At 9:20 a.m., 1800 block Seagate, 49-year old male reported "vehicle entered and items taken."  At 10:03 a.m., 900 block Sanford, 42-year old female reported "theft from vehicle."  At 9:12 a.m., 1400 block Seagate, 24-year old female reported "theft from vehicle."  At 10:42 a.m., 1100 Fenwick, 23-year old female reported "vehicle entered and items taken."  At 11:41 a.m., 900 block Fenwick, 64-year old female reported "vehicle entered." 

Interfering
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, August 29, 1:49 a.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, "subjects in store and outside in the lot, stole from the store about 3 weeks ago, would like help to ID them and Trespass them."  Nineteen year old Krysta Guptill arrested on charges of Interfering with Police and Resisting Arrest.  She was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  Keyana Guptill referred to the Juvenile Dept. for MIP, another juvenile "Reeves," also referred for MIP.

DUII
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, August 29, 12:46 a.m., 500 block No. Wasson, "white vehicle headed north almost hit 106 in the street at location, 125 is en route after it."  Thirty-two year old Krista Lindt arrested on charges of DUII and Recklessly Endangering.  

Motorcycle
A report of "just caught someone going thru his motorcycle at location," led to an arrest Tuesday night, August 28 on the 200 block of So. Broadway in Coos Bay.  According to an entry on the police log for 10:18 p.m., 25-year old Daniel Farnum arrested for UEMV, Theft III, Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon, and PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Cougar
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, August 28, 10:11 p.m., 1900 block 28th St., 33-year old male "advised he saw a cougar in his backyard, last night and again tonight."

Probation
A request for medical on the 100 block of No. 9th St. in Coos Bay Tuesday night, August 28, resulted in an arrest.  According to an entry on the police log for 9:51 p.m., 26-year old Ashley Youngblood was charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Wanted
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, August 28, 4:54 p.m., 100 block No. Cammann St., 26-year old Leon Luck arrested on CCSO warrant for Interfere with Peace or Parole Officer.  Twenty-year old Christopher David Brown arrested on charge of Unlawful Possession of Meth.

Shoplifter
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, August 28, 4:50 p.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., Walmart, "shoplifter in custody."  Fifty-one year old Timothy Orr arrested on charge of Violation of Restraining Order and cited for DWS Violation.  Transported to the Coos Co.
