DWS
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Monday morning, August 13, 3:07 a.m., Virginia Ave and Cleveland St., "traffic stop."  Twenty year old Kyle Campbell, Coos Bay, cited and released for DWS Misdemeanor.  Also warned for Defective Lighting and Carry Concealed Weapon.  Twenty-eight year old female drove the vehicle from the location.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, August 12, 9:01 p.m., 2400 block Marion St., "RP reported someone stole his truck in the last 2 hours.  RP advised he located his truck 2 blocks away.  Also there is a blue mountain bike where his truck was parked."  Police arrested 21-year old Nathan Smith on charges of Unauthorized Use Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Entry Motor Vehicle and Probation Violation and Criminal Mischief II.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, August 12, 8:15 p.m., Sherman & Simpson avenues, "officer out with vehicle at location."  Twenty-seven year old Jared Lakies, Eugene, taken into custody on Lane Co. warrant for Failure to Appear.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Meth
"Mill Security reported a found wallet with meth inside.  Advised the female that dropped it is still in the Casino."  According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, August 12, 10:15 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., "officers respond and contacted the female."  Thirty-four year old Heather Lynn Hernandez, Coos Bay, was charged with Possession Controlled Substance, Schedule I, Meth.  "Suspect will be referred to the DA's Office for the charge, drug paraphernalia seized for destruction."

Criminal mischief
North Bend Police are investigating Criminal Mischief acts that occurred on the 3500 block of Ash St.  According to an entry on the police log for Sunday, August 12, 9:16 a.m., "RP called to report both his vehicles were sprayed/painted with lewd language and Nazi symbols, paint was still wet."  Officer also located two other residences with vehicles sprayed with the same symbol on the window on the 2400 block of Kinney St. and 3400 block of Ash St.  

Vehicles
Entries on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, August 12, involving vehicles.  At 12:16 p.m., 2400 block Marion, "RP reported he believes someone tried to steal his truck sometime overnight, discovered the suspect had ripped a large part of the dashboard."  At 8:31 p.m., 2300 block Marion, "RP reported someone broke into her vehicle last night and damaged the ignition."
